1st Level Customer Support
Mercanto, as part of the Pistor Group, is the largest Swiss B2B marketplace for professionals in the food, non-food, and healthcare sectors. In 1st level customer support, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You combine your technical understanding with your enjoyment of customer contact and thus actively contribute to the service quality and further development of our digital marketplace Mercanto.

My Tasks
- 1st level support of the Mercanto marketplace via phone and email
- Support with user problems of the scanner apps
- Active exchange with the support of other suppliers
- Constructive collaboration on process optimizations
- Cooperation with support in the French-speaking part of Switzerland
My Profile
- Completed commercial basic training or similar
- First professional experience in customer support or helpdesk
- Understanding and interest in digitalization, processes, and changes
- Goal-, solution-, and team-oriented working
- Networked and analytical thinking as well as organizational talent
- Reliable and independent personality with initiative
- Very good French skills, good German skills, Italian is an advantage
