Production Specialist Potting

Do you enjoy working precisely, like to get involved, and have a good technical understanding? In this role, you take responsibility for the area of "Potting of electronic circuits" and, together with your team, ensure high quality and efficient production processes. You can contribute your expertise, support employees, and actively help to further develop our processes.

• Independent and professional execution of tasks in the area of potting electronic circuits
• Conducting quality and self-inspections as well as checking preceding work steps
• Instruction of employees and transfer of expertise and know-how regarding manufacturing processes
• Ensuring the functionality of the tools used and performing simple maintenance tasks
• Active contribution of ideas and implementation of measures within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

• Technical vocational training or several years of experience in the electrotechnical-mechanical environment
• Strong manual skills and technical understanding
• Practical experience in a production environment
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• High quality orientation and strong sense of responsibility
