About the job

We are an independent international producer of food products. In addition to culinary products such as soups, sauces, seasonings, bouillons, instant coffees, breakfast drinks, and cereal bars, which we manufacture for retail and large consumers, we have an extensive range of semi-finished products intended for the food industry.

For our filling/packaging department in the coffee sector, we are immediately seeking a

Operations Technician

Your tasks

• Setting up, converting, and adjusting filling machines
• Mechanical and technical troubleshooting
• Production support and optimisation of machines and processes
• Preventive maintenance through targeted revisions
• Developing and updating machine documentation and maintenance plans
• Instruction and support of machine operators
• Participation in projects related to new and replacement investments

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in technical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Strong technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoy analysing technical challenges and finding sustainable solutions
• Good digital user skills and openness to modern technologies
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts)
