WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL CONSIST OF

1st year of training

You participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices in Switzerland.
You discover the routines in the branch.
You receive support to shine at vocational school and during customer interviews.

2nd year of training

You take responsibility for certain tasks in the branch.
With the help of your trainer, you become a sales professional.
You are trained in ordering goods and stock management, and you help with the implementation of seasonal promotions and placements.

3rd year of training

You specifically prepare for your final exam during a two-day seminar to pass it with flying colors.
You gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
You take a central role in the branch and already assume responsibility for your own department
