For a Spitex in the Basel region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated specialist as a certified nurse with an additional function as a vocational trainer.

Together with a motivated and professional team, you take responsibility for outpatient care and are responsible for the following tasks:

• You ensure individual and professional care and support of clients in their homes
• You take case responsibility for the care situations assigned to you, coordinate the individual steps of the care process between the involved persons, authorities, and institutions, and ensure a flawless care process as well as efficient interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and high service quality
• You act as a contact person for relatives, advise them professionally, and involve the clients' environment in the care
• You document the entire care process and record the services provided

In your role as a vocational trainer, you design, plan, and coordinate the course of training. The following core tasks are included:

• Introduction, guidance, and assessment of trial candidates
• Individual support of trainees by recording learning progress and deficits
• Assignment of tasks according to the specified learning objectives and legal requirements
• Implementation of the learning objectives defined by the company
• Conducting, evaluating, and assessing learning support
• Preparation of educational reports and work and learning situations
• Ensuring the achievement of learners' goals in an optimal learning environment according to the defined learning objectives and learning plan

To achieve these goals, you are offered the opportunity to further educate yourself individually in the field of vocational training.

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or the corresponding SRK recognition
• Spitex experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Vocational training further education or willingness to complete one
• Driver's license category B
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Responsible and disciplined working style
• Resilient, team-oriented, and independent personality
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Confident handling of IT programs
