To strengthen our Care team at the Beaulieu Residence in Sierre, we are looking, from June 1, 2026, for a

Nurse

at 80%

Your main tasks:

• you supervise and support residents in daily life activities
• you ensure the proper integration of new residents into the Institution
• you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
• you create a warm and favorable environment for the well-being of residents
• you provide delegated medical care within the limits of your skills
• you supervise new employees, apprentices, and interns
• you contribute to the smooth running of the service and team cohesion

Your profile:

• you have a nursing degree HES or ES, or an equivalent qualification
• you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar structure
• you have a clear interest in elderly people
• you have great adaptability and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
• you have a good command of French (spoken and written) and common computer tools
