About the job
To strengthen our Care team at the Beaulieu Residence in Sierre, we are looking, from 1 June 2026, for a
Nurse
at 80%
Your main tasks:
- you supervise and support residents in daily living activities
- you ensure the proper integration of new residents into the Institution
- you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
- you create a warm and favourable environment for the well-being of residents
- you provide delegated medical care within the limits of your competencies
- you supervise new colleagues, apprentices and trainees
- you contribute to the smooth running of the service and team cohesion
Your profile:
- you have a nursing qualification HES or ES, or an equivalent recognised training
- you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar structure
- you have a clear interest in elderly people
- you have a great capacity to adapt and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
- you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- you have a good command of French (spoken and written) and common IT tools
