Your Tasks:
- In your role, you advise and support our customers from all over Switzerland.
- Your tasks include general administrative work, such as monitoring activities, conversions, and layout changes for retail customers, as well as administrative support for sales staff.
- You centrally process incoming customer orders and ensure correct handling as well as invoice verification.
- Maintaining article master data and conditions for retail customers is also part of your responsibilities, as well as coordinating customer inquiries, customer requests, or complaints.
- You create evaluations of sales statistics and manage sales documents for the retail sales area.
