For our client, we are looking for a motivated Production Worker (100% m/f/d) by arrangement
Job Description- Independent feeding of the production plant with raw materials (inserting pallets, filling powder, suctioning granulate, etc.)
- Production of premixes according to recipe as well as packaging of the finished compound and palletising
- Active collaboration with other production plants as well as the departments of technology, logistics and quality control
- Reporting to the machine or shift supervisor in case of deviations from specifications
- Assisting with regular maintenance and interventions on the production plant (e.g. screen changes)
- Management and maintenance of all necessary documentation
- Compliance with QM guidelines and safety regulations (e.g. mandatory wearing of glasses, PPE)
- Cleaning and maintenance of the production plants
- Implementing regulations according to the QS manual
Desired Profile
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial company
- Good physical condition for the demands of the activity
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system including Saturday, possibly 4-shift including weekends)
- Independent, flexible and resilient working style as well as teamwork and efficiency
