About the job

Our client is a globally leading company in the diagnostics and medical technology sector in the Zug region (Rotkreuz). In a state-of-the-art, GMP-regulated production environment, diagnostic systems are manufactured that make an important contribution to healthcare worldwide. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a reliable, precise working individual for the 2-shift operation starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Production Employee Assembly & Testing (m/f) 100 %

Your tasks:

• Independent operation, monitoring and supervision of semi-automatic production systems
• Timely and high-quality assembly of modules and cartridges
• Inspection and testing of manufactured products according to specifications
• Support with cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
• Participation in inventory, incoming goods inspections and bookings
• Compliance with GMP, quality, hygiene and occupational safety regulations
• Continuous optimisation of workflows (CIP)

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training (mandatory)
• Very good German skills (at least B2 spoken and written)
• Quick comprehension as well as reliable, precise working method
• Motivated, cheerful and service-oriented personality
• Communicative, open, team player and implementation-strong
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
• GxP and production experience advantageous
• Criminal record extract required
