As part of a succession plan following retirement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and communicative individual to take over the management of our Finance and Controlling department and actively shape the further development of our financial organisation.

Your Profile
- Completed higher education in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in finance and controlling
- Sound knowledge in financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, annual financial statements and reporting
- Experience in project controlling and ideally in the service, construction or engineering sectors
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and interconnected thinking skills
- Distinct leadership, communication and social skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Interest in process optimisation and digitalisation
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the professional, personnel and organisational management of the Finance and Controlling department
- Planning, steering and monitoring of the company’s financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting)
- Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees in the finance area
- Ensuring proper financial accounting including closing for the engineering partnerships
- Responsibility for all VAT matters
- Financial support of projects and assistance to project managers with budgeting and cost control
- Advising management on financial and strategic issues and supporting offer and contract negotiations
- Responsibility for compliance, quality and insurance matters in the finance area as well as collaboration on social insurance
- Further development and digitalisation of processes, tools and systems in finance and controlling
