For our customer in the Life Sciences sector, we are looking for qualified HVAC technicians who want to apply their professional expertise in demanding and versatile assignments.
In this responsible role, you can expect varied activities in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, MSR as well as GLS, ranging from precise service and maintenance work to participation in complex technical projects. With your structured working style and solution-oriented thinking, you contribute significantly to ensuring smooth plant operation.

Your main tasks:

- Monitoring and execution of maintenance and repair work on the technical system (HVAC) in production, office, laboratory, and other buildings
- Coordinating and performing all necessary work in cooperation with the responsible departments
- Updating various documentation
- Conducting fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training in an HVAC or electrical engineering profession (e.g., building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering)
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or building automation
- Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Driver's license category B (mandatory)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
