We are looking to complement our Packaging department in Oensingen with a motivated and proactive Plant / Machine Operator for Packaging w/m/d (100%).
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up including leading/operating the production machines in teams of two to three people
- Ensuring ongoing production (quality/quantity)
- Feedback in our ERP production system
- Adhering to our safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Performing minor repairs and cleaning work on the plant
- Ensuring your share of the smooth operational process
- Active participation in KAIZEN tasks such as changeover workshops, shopfloor discussions, etc.
Your Profile
- Technical basic training - preferably plant operator EFZ, print media practitioner EBA, packaging printer EFZ, or packaging technologist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience as a machine operator in a production company
- Willingness to work both day and two-shift operations and, if necessary, flexible overtime
- Good IT user skills
- Good German language skills
- High quality awareness, helpful nature, and team player
- Proactive collaboration with upstream and downstream workplaces
- Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
