What you can achieve with us:
- Individual, needs-based, and resource-oriented care and support of our residents
- Active, resident-centered assistance in primary nursing
- Participation in the care process of the residents according to your competencies
- Organization of the daily routine as well as conducting activities with the residents in coordination with the nursing team
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Services or completed further training as an SRK nursing assistant or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and their relatives
- Good oral and written German skills as well as computer skills
- Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
