We are looking for committed and reliable individuals as soon as possible for the position of
Fibre Optic and Copper Splicer (m/f/d)
Regions: Bern, Aargau, Zurich Oberland and/or Eastern Switzerland (preferred region can be specified in the application).
Your tasks
Splicing and terminating fibre optic cables in the FTTH and backbone areas
Working on joints, ODF, patch panels and termination boxes
Connecting and terminating copper cables
Troubleshooting and fault analysis in the field
Simple measurements and accurate documentation of work
Collaboration with construction and project management
Your profile
Basic technical training in electrical, telecommunications or network construction or equivalent experience
Experience as a fibre optic splicer, ideally also in copper networks
Confident handling of splicing devices, cleavers and common termination systems
Independent, clean and reliable working style
Driving licence category B mandatory
Good knowledge of German
