• Further development of effective process management with a focus on the entire value chain (from offer to end of warranty)
• Responsibility for SAP Signavio in Engineering – from modelling to continuous end-to-end optimisation
• Establishment of uniform standards, clear governance structures, and cross-site harmonisation (Bussnang, St. Margrethen, Vienna)
• Integration into existing systems (SAP ERP, PLM) and ensuring a consistent, practical process logic
• Coaching of process owners, moderation of reviews, and targeted reduction of inefficiencies and error costs

• University degree (ETH/UNI/FH) in engineering or comparable
• Several years of experience in process management in a technical/industrial environment
• Practical experience with SAP Signavio or comparable BPM tools as well as ERP/PLM systems
• Strong analytical skills, implementation-oriented, and proficient in lean/quality management
• Confident in cross-departmental collaboration and demonstrably successful in end-to-end optimisations
