Project Manager (m/f/d)
Job Overview
As part of strengthening our access control service, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete management of projects, from their initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, costs and quality are met. The Project Manager will be the technical reference for their solutions with our clients in French-speaking Switzerland.
What you will do
- You are responsible for the planning, budget and quality of project execution.
- You manage projects in accordance with the client order and specifications, while identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
- You coordinate all project stakeholders: internal teams, clients, external partners and technical resources.
- You analyse and clarify technical aspects with various interlocutors to ensure smooth project execution.
- You monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout their implementation.
- You keep technical documentation and associated deliverables up to date.
- You act as the primary technical contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
What we require
- You hold a higher education degree with a technical focus, ideally in the fields of electrical engineering, automation or building technology.
- You have at least 3 years of project management experience in security systems, access control, building automation, construction or a comparable technical environment.
- You are proficient with common IT tools and comfortable in a hybrid working environment.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English and/or German.
- You are customer-oriented and able to understand user needs to propose suitable solutions.
- You demonstrate autonomy, rigour and excellent organisational skills.
- You are capable of making decisions and managing multiple priorities effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
