Your responsibilities include:
- Targeted acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships with our major and industry customers as well as key account management
- Market, industry and competitor monitoring as well as technical consulting with customers and dealers and conducting customer and dealer training
- Handling complaints with customers and dealers
- Preparation of calculations and offers, order negotiations as well as offer and order tracking
- Sales planning with the sales manager
- Internal coordination of technical and commercial tasks and support of product management
- Dialogue with product development to generate new product ideas
- Project coordination between customer, dealer and internal sales
- Participation in promotional activities (trade fairs, catalogues, dealer seminars) and editorial contributions
Your profile:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in dealing with major customers
- Sound expertise and practical experience in the field of drive technology, preferably chain applications.
- Good business management knowledge and good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Good English skills, knowledge of another foreign language desirable
- The position requires regular presence in the sales area Austria. Therefore, we expect a residence in Austria or the willingness to relocate there.
