For our client, a successfully growing Swiss SME with a family-oriented corporate culture, we are looking for an experienced IT System Engineer (m/f). What to expect:

• Support, maintenance and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
• Administration and operation of Microsoft 365 environments
• Responsibility for server, network and client infrastructures
• Support and further development of on-premises solutions
• Analysis and resolution of faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Participation in exciting infrastructure and digitisation projects
• Collaboration with internal departments and external IT partners
• Support in the optimisation of processes and IT standards

What you should bring:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience after completing training
• Experience in SME structures and enjoyment of a versatile range of tasks
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Solid experience in network, server and infrastructure administration
• Experience with on-premises environments and hybrid IT landscapes
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable working style
• Team player with a strong service orientation
• Business fluent German and good English skills, spoken and written
