METHODS AGENT / STOCK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (M/F/X)

Main mission

At our new production site in Gampelen (BE), you will report to the Methods Manager and be responsible for organising and optimising manufacturing ranges. Acting as an intermediary, you will ensure coordination between the methods office and the production workshops. These tasks represent 70% of your activity.

Additionally, you will provide support for stock management, ensuring the packaging of our tools, monitoring stock levels, updating data, and ensuring proper supply according to needs and storage capacities. This support represents 30% of your activity.

Your main tasks

• Calculating quotes for special tools by integrating technical and economic constraints
• Developing, monitoring and optimising manufacturing ranges
• Defining tool families and designing geometries adapted to customer needs
• Developing manufacturing ranges, structuring bill of materials and coordinating production launches (close and regular contact with Production)
• Creating, securing, and updating basic technical data on Proconcept
• Conducting tenders and consulting specialised suppliers
• Managing receipt and storage operations
• Packaging and wrapping items
• Preparing orders (delivery notes, various orders…) and dispatching items
• Monitoring stock and managing inventories to ensure optimal supply

Your profile

• Basic training in mechanics (CFC) in the industrial field, any additional training such as ES Technician (operations or process) is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in stock management is an asset
• Experience in a methods or industrialisation office is a plus
• Any activity in the manufacture of cutting tools is a plus
• Good plan reading skills
• Very good command of common IT tools and ERPs (Proconcept is a strong asset)
• Analytical, synthetic and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
