Your Challenge
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries and fault reports
- Creating and tracking service orders
- Communication with customers, technicians, and internal departments
- Coordination and scheduling of service technicians
- Appointment planning for maintenance, repairs
- Processing inquiries and creating quotation requests
- Creating maintenance contracts
- Billing of service orders
- Documentation / document filing (digital)
- General correspondence
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training in a technical environment
- Professional experience in a similar position / experience in order processing, dispatching, or customer service
- Customer orientation and communication skills in dealing with customers and technicians
- Communication skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working style
- Organizational skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications/EAP systems
