Responsibilities

• Monitoring, analysing and continuously improving existing production processes in wafer manufacturing and photolithography (photoresist coating, photolithography, PVD, wet etching and more)
• Development, qualification and introduction of new production processes
• Planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of experiments in close collaboration with development and production management
• Systematic fault analysis in case of process deviations as well as implementation of sustainable improvement measures

Profile

• Completed engineering degree (FH, HF or university) in microtechnology, materials science, physics, electrical engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Analytical mindset and affinity for working with process data to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of practical work in a cleanroom
• Flexible, committed and communicative personality who confidently navigates between production, development and experimental work
• Good knowledge of German, French or English; knowledge of at least two of these languages is an advantage
