Behind our technical solutions is a strong team: Around 35 employees from administration, sales, technology, development, and support work together to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.

With us, you can expect a varied working day, a collegial team, and an exciting mix of technology, people, and organisation. As a commercial apprentice, you are involved from the very beginning. You get to know different areas, work actively, contribute your ideas, and gradually take on your own responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• You will gain insight into various commercial areas such as administration, sales, purchasing, finance, and customer service.
• You will process customer enquiries and support the care of our customers.
• You will create and process quotations, orders, invoices, and other business documents.
• You will coordinate appointments, organise administrative processes, and maintain data in our systems.
• You will support the team with general office tasks and get to know our products and services.
• You will actively participate in day-to-day business and gradually take on more responsibility.

What you bring

• You have completed compulsory schooling and have good performance.
• You are interested in commercial activities, digital work tools, and economic contexts.
• You enjoy communicating and have good German skills in spoken and written form.
• You are reliable, eager to learn, careful, and enjoy working in a team.
• You approach people openly and enjoy contact with customers.
• You work independently and keep an overview even with several tasks.
• You are a team player and like to pitch in!
