About the job
Your Tasks
- You take over the personnel and professional management of the secretariat with about 10 employees.
- You support the senior physicians and the medical team in organizational and administrative tasks.
- You organize and plan surgeries and consultations of the clinic.
- You participate in all administrative tasks in the secretariat (e.g. organization and planning of consultations, coordination of appointments, writing reports, handling correspondence and phone calls).
- You review and optimize processes and participate in projects.
- You act as deputy for the assistant to the clinic management.
Your Profile
- You have completed training in the commercial or medical field.
- You have professional experience as a medical secretary.
- You bring experience in a leadership role.
- You have very good German and solid IT skills.
- You have a high level of organizational and teamwork skills as well as service and customer orientation.
- You have strong communication skills and an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
