What you bring

You have training as a team or area leader of day care facilities for children, are a professional educator, and preferably have experience with toddlers aged 3 months to about 5 years

You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as relevant leadership experience

You bring a sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and entrepreneurial thinking and action

What you can look forward to

You will take over the operational, pedagogical, and business management of our daycare center Ratatui and lead a team of around 10 employees professionally, personally, and organizationally
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with operational, pedagogical, and financial guidelines and conditions
You will further develop the processes and workflows of the daycare center Ratatui with the highest customer orientation
You will ensure the family-supporting care mandate of the daycare center Ratatui in terms of early childhood education, care, and upbringing
You are responsible for the established quality standards
