Your tasks
- Ensuring and optimising the availability of OR capacities, daily OR coordination tasks
- Organisational and personnel management of the OR nursing and anaesthesia nursing teams
- Forward-looking, strategic development of the OR department
- Regular preparation of OR reports and evaluations
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration in the multiprofessional OR team
- Implementation, monitoring and further development of quality standards
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the medical field
- Ideally: degree in management
- Several years of experience as an OR coordinator or OR manager with personnel responsibility
- Experienced, motivating management of interdisciplinary teams as well as experience in cross-professional collaboration
- Strong communication and organisational skills, especially regarding duty roster and working time organisation
- Experience in OR controlling
