Role:
Our Rocken partner is looking for a Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d) 80-100% who takes responsibility for demanding mandates in the fiduciary area. In this position, you act as the main contact person for clients and ensure the smooth handling of all fiduciary tasks. If you enjoy leading a team and strategically managing mandates, this position offers you the perfect next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and responsibility for mandates in financial and payroll accounting as well as tax consulting
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns for legal entities and individuals
- Professional advice and support of your clients in tax and financial matters
- Monitoring of bookkeeping and payroll accounting as well as process optimisation
- Coordination and management of internal projects as well as staff leadership
- Support of clients in succession planning, company formations, and mergers
- Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships as well as acquisition of new mandates
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further education as a fiduciary specialist, ideally complemented by a diploma in fiduciary services or as a certified auditor
- Many years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector, preferably in a leadership position
- Very good knowledge in the areas of financial accounting, tax law, and payroll accounting
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in guiding and developing employees
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented working style, and high commitment
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
