- Administrative and operational management
- Management and coordination of daily tasks (cleaning team)
- Quality control
- Monitoring of team working hours
- Order management
- Management & implementation of the specifications
- Attendance at managers' meetings
- Coordination between staff and ISS personnel department
- Training of new collaborators
- Occasional assistance on site
- Federal VET Diploma in cleaning or several years of experience in the sector
- Good command of spoken and written French (minimum B2)
- Good computer skills
- Driving licence
- Sense of responsibility
- Helpful with a strong customer orientation
- Autonomous, flexible and with a well-developed team spirit
