- Care, support and advice for our tenants at home
- Conducting needs assessments and case management
- Ensuring the care process with appropriate documentation
- Accurate recording of service data
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other specialist agencies
Become part of the Elderly Centre Hottingen, which is an operation of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg / Stiftung Diakoniewerk Neumünster - Swiss Nursing School. It offers 150 tenants modern assisted living for the elderly. A medical practice, other medical service providers and a public restaurant complement the range of services. In total, more than 50 employees work in the areas of care, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical service and administration.
