Pronovo is a private company working on behalf of the Swiss Confederation. We manage and allocate subsidies that enable the development of renewable energies. Pronovo also ensures the identification of electricity from renewable energy sources (guarantee of origin) for its marketing.

About us
What you can achieve:
  • Process subsidy applications for photovoltaic installations
  • Clarify questions related to applications, obtain missing information and maintain regular contact with our customers by phone and in writing
  • Communicate with other departments and jointly clarify questions related to subsidy applications
  • Utilise your French language skills through customer contacts and support the team with French applications and translations
  • Contribute to the development of our processes by proposing ideas to improve your daily work

What you bring:

  • Very good knowledge of French (level C1 or native language) and good knowledge of German (B2)
  • A strong customer service orientation and a solution-focused mindset
  • The willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of activity
  • A desire to learn, collaborate with other teams and commit to a demanding field
  • A completed commercial training (CFC) or equivalent professional experience
  • A rigorous, structured and autonomous working method
