Location: Gland | 50-80% | Practice | Start date: from 1st October 2026 or to be agreed
For one of our clients, a human-scale physiotherapy practice located in Gland, we are looking for a Physiotherapist (m/f/d). You will join a small experienced team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality care.
Your responsibilitiesEnsure the care of a varied patient base, from young to elderly patients
Work in various fields: orthopaedics, traumatology, rheumatology, respiratory, geriatrics, uro-gynaecology and home care
Develop care plans adapted to the needs and goals of each patient
Use a diverse therapeutic approach, combining active and manual techniques
Collaborate closely with other physiotherapists and benefit from their specialities and complementary experiences
Maintain collaboration with general practitioners, rheumatologists, chiropractors, hospitals and clinics in the region
Always place patient listening and quality of care at the centre of your practice
You hold a physiotherapist diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
You have initial professional experience allowing you to work with a certain degree of autonomy
You are fluent in French; any other language is an asset
You appreciate a varied therapeutic approach and do not limit yourself to active techniques only
Knowledge in manual therapy, muscle chains or other complementary approaches is a plus
You are attentive, know your limits and do not hesitate to ask for advice when necessary
You share a vision of physiotherapy focused on quality of care and patient needs
A 50-80% position, with the possibility to gradually move to 100%
An established patient base, with regularly several weeks' waiting time for new care
A small experienced and collaborative team, encouraging knowledge sharing
A family atmosphere within a human-scale practice
4 weeks of holiday as well as leave between Christmas and New Year
Continuing education time and the possibility to discuss contribution to training costs
Monday to Friday hours, to be defined according to your workload and availability
