Your Task:  Are you an experienced practitioner in switchgear construction and would like to take on additional responsibility for a team?  With us, you will continue to work actively in production while simultaneously taking on the professional leadership of our production staff. 

• Professional leadership and support of production staff 

• Responsibility for quality, testing, and timely completion 

• Assembly and wiring of complex control cabinets 

• Clarification of technical questions and quality deviations 

• Coordination with project management, engineering, and department management 

• Participation in the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency 

Your Profile: 

• Training as an automation technician EFZ or comparable electrical engineering education 

• Several years of experience in switchgear construction 

• Good knowledge in assembly, wiring, and testing of control cabinets 

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility 

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style 

• Very good German language skills 

Further training in switchgear construction, testing, or leadership is an advantage.
