Your main tasks are
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of practical training for apprentices AGS, FaGe and nursing students HF/FH
- Individual support and promotion of apprentices and students to achieve their training goals
- Support and assistance for trainers in the residential areas
- Planning and conducting learning support, job-specific learning days and competency assessments
- Conducting location and qualification discussions as well as support in challenging training situations
- Active participation in shaping and further developing training quality
You have
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification in the nursing field
- Completed trainer course as well as a vocational pedagogical qualification (at least 100 learning hours, e.g. SVEB certificate) or willingness to complete this
- Several years of professional experience in nursing at HF level as well as experience in supporting apprentices and students
- Enjoyment in training and promoting junior professionals as well as in collaborating with trainers
- Very good organisational and coordination skills as well as high social, self and methodological competence
- Empathetic, communicative and engaging personality with enthusiasm for collaboration and development
