Micro-Tunnelling Foreman (m/f/x)

To strengthen our teams specialised in micro-tunnelling works, we are looking for an experienced Micro-Tunnelling Foreman (m/f/x). You will work on various projects in French-speaking Switzerland, with opportunities for travel throughout the whole Swiss territory.

Tasks: Micro-Tunnelling Foreman (m/f/x)

What will your tasks be as a Micro-Tunnelling Foreman (m/f/x)?

• Organise and supervise micro-tunnelling works on site.
• Manage and coordinate operational teams.
• Ensure the execution of works complies with best practices, internal procedures, and safety requirements.
• Guarantee the conformity of works with current local regulations and standards.
• Plan the human, material, and logistical resources necessary for the progress of the works.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of the sites.
• Use computer tools.
• Be the main contact for the various project partners (clients, contractors, suppliers, authorities).

Requirements: Micro-Tunnelling Foreman (m/f/x)

What are your skills as a Micro-Tunnelling Foreman (m/f/x)?

• Federal foreman certificate or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in micro-tunnelling.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Excellent technical knowledge for micro-tunnelling execution.
• Good command of local regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
• Comfortable with computer tools.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Availability for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland and occasionally throughout Switzerland.
