An engaged and passionate team is looking for reinforcement for a new exciting professional everyday life, in which the support, promotion and development of our apprentices and students are the focus. With us, you competently, appreciatively and pedagogically skilfully accompany apprentices and students through their training. You promote professional, methodological and social skills and actively help shape a high-quality practical training. Care, responsibility, joy in guiding and a big heart for people are important prerequisites to optimally support our apprentices and students.
You are part of the trainer team.
Your tasks
- You take responsibility for practical training and accompany several apprentices and students in the department
- You plan the learning support and thus support the learners in their learning process
- You develop, plan and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in cooperation with the person responsible for education
- You conduct status and qualification discussions with apprentices and students and document the learning processes of the apprentices and students comprehensibly and structured
- You plan the implementation of competence assessments and IPA and carry them out
- You are responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating the qualification procedures in the HF study programme
Your profile
- You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF, FaGe EFZ or an equivalent qualification with SRK recognition
- You bring one year of professional experience in the field of nursing.
- You have completed the trainer course and hold an SVEB certificate Trainer or are willing to complete it
- You are a strong communicator, socially competent and bring team spirit. Flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance characterise you. And very importantly: You enjoy training and supporting young people and young adults.
