Administrative Secretary

If you are able to be on-site on Thursday and Friday and have a high service orientation, then you fit into our team. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality for the Lindau location starting October 1, 2025 or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- Contact person for internal and external customers at the reception
- Processing various service center tasks (incoming/outgoing mail, telephone and email correspondence, course administration, expense reports, etc.)
- Administrative and organizational support for the consulting & specialist department
- Support in the recording of creditors and debtors
- Cash management including monthly closings
- Practical support for KV trainees
Our expectations of you:
- Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a hub function
- Very proficient in MS Office (especially Teams and Outlook)
- Very high IT affinity and quick comprehension of new tools and processes
- Strong team and service orientation
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
