Spital Davos AG is planning a renovation and new build at the existing site. With your expertise in project management and business administration, you will support the Board of Directors and hospital management in the possible implementation of the currently planned project. In your role, you will work closely with internal and external parties. Furthermore, you will work on other projects within the framework of corporate development and in the network with the organisation, contributing significantly to success.

As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, nursing home and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Project Management and Corporate Development (80 - 100%)

Your area of responsibility

• Project management and corporate development
• Coordination and representation of the client’s interests in the implementation of the renovation and new build project at the Spital Davos AG site for the CEO and project team regarding phasing, implementation, cost framework and scheduling
• Preparation of decision-making bases for internal and external committees as well as coordination with the involved internal and external parties
• Further development and implementation of the existing bases and variants according to the project tender in the interests of the client
• Timely implementation including coordination of the internal move and ensuring a smooth process during ongoing operations
• Assuming the interface function of the client (and internal stakeholders) with the construction management, architects and specialist planners during implementation
• Coordination and representation of the client’s interests also in the context of accompanying tenders, contract management as well as ensuring approval procedures (construction, fire protection, official requirements) in coordination with construction management and specialist planners during implementation
• Assuming further tasks depending on experience and expertise

Your profile

• University of applied sciences or university degree in business administration or (technical) basic training with relevant further education such as CAS/MAS Project/(Construction) Management, Business Administration, Real Estate or Facility Management
• Experience in successfully managing large projects, ideally in hospital construction or renovation
• Knowledge of hospital processes and future developments in healthcare is an advantage
• Experience in public procurement (as well as dealing with SIA standards)
• Very good analytical, conceptual skills and networked thinking to master interdisciplinary projects agilely and in parallel with ongoing operations
• Assertive, communicative, pragmatic and empathetic personality with high personal responsibility and independent working style
• Confident communication in German, English skills are an advantage
