What to expect:

• Comprehensive processing of damage reports
• Timely and competent support and advice to our customers in case of damage
• Issuing inspection orders to vehicle experts
• Independent execution of vehicle-technical consultations in German, Italian, and French
• Handling telephone customer enquiries in German, Italian, and French
• General correspondence in German, Italian, and French

What we wish for:

• Basic vehicle-technical training (Automotive Specialist EFZ, Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ, Motorcycle Mechanic EFZ, or Agricultural Machinery Mechanic EFZ)
• Very good German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
• Commercial knowledge with practical experience is an advantage
• PC skills
• Reliable and courteous personality
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
