Quality Management Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will achieve

• Handling tasks according to standardised guidelines and procedures.
• Checking raw material and trade goods data in the specifications to ensure all information from the perspective of food safety and law.
• Reviewing new developments to ensure all information from the perspective of food safety and law.
• Maintaining the database in the respective IT system for the creation of declarations and specifications.
• Verifying the prescribed packaging texts (product names, compositions, nutritional information, claims).

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Food sciences or completed basic training (e.g. food technology, laboratory) and professional experience in quality management
• Professional experience: 3 - 5 years in food law
• Good knowledge in the areas of food law and labelling.
• Very good IT skills, experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Assertiveness, resilience and flexibility.
• Analytical, conceptual and business management competence.
• German (C1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
