About the job
Our Real Estate Department is responsible for a diverse property portfolio including administrative buildings, school facilities, and residential properties. We oversee demanding construction and major projects, ensure the sustainable maintenance of our buildings, and advise the city administration on constructional and strategic matters.To strengthen our eight-member team in project management and property administration, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Project Manager Building Construction, m/f/d, 80-100%
Your area of responsibility
- Planning and monitoring the structural maintenance of municipal properties
- Supporting major projects as client representative
- Project/construction management of smaller projects
- Contact person for a wide range of stakeholders (management, politics, architecture, employees, craftsmen)
- Preparation of applications for political authorities
- Budgeting, credit approvals, contract awards, cost control, etc.
- Supporting other departments with construction-related questions
- Management of property tools (various software)
You bring with you
- Completed training as a building draughtsperson or equivalent qualification
- Additional training as a construction technician TS or building construction site manager
- Several years of professional experience in implementing construction projects
- Confident handling of modern IT solutions (3D models, BIM planning, CAFM tool and property management)
- Strong communication skills
- Assertiveness, personal responsibility and a structured working method help in performing these demanding tasks
