Technical Caretaker (A) 100%- Ensuring smooth operation of technical systems and infrastructures in various properties
- Operation, monitoring and maintenance of building technology systems (HVAC, building management systems, access control systems, etc.)
- Responsibility for compliance with safety and fire protection regulations (including SIBE)
- Supervision and control of sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems
- Planning, execution and monitoring of maintenance work
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work including reporting
- Flexible deployment as a deputy at other properties
- Participation in on-call duty
- Completed technical or craft basic training in the field of building technology or maintenance
- Further training as SIBE fire protection and experience with sprinkler systems are mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance (at least 2 years)
- Valid driving licence
- High service and customer orientation
- Resilience and flexibility regarding working hours and locations
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
