Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you are jointly responsible with your colleagues for the complete personnel administration of Concara Services AG, Spitex Bern AG, as well as the operations of Domicil Bern AG (Flex-Pool, Pharmacy, MedCara). You share the area of responsibility and represent each other. In addition to personnel entries and exits as well as changes, you are responsible in the time recording system for recording sickness and accident absences and the monthly closings. You manage training applications and create, publish, and maintain job advertisements in the applicant management tool. Handling unsolicited applications, personnel placement files, and general inquiries by email or phone are also part of your daily routine.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic education or equivalent qualification
- Further training as HR assistant or personnel administration clerk
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable function
- Strong organizational skills
- Confidential handling of sensitive information and data
- Teamwork skills as well as constructive behavior in interdisciplinary teams
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience with Abacus and Umantis would be desirable
