About the job
Your Tasks
At Domicil Alexandra, you take on a central role in the training of nursing professions. As a full-time vocational trainer, you actively shape vocational education in a structured manner and with high pedagogical quality. You support learners individually throughout their training and ensure a professional, appreciative learning culture. You work closely with nursing professionals, education managers, schools, and parents.
You work within an innovative organisational structure that promotes personal responsibility, co-creation, and professional excellence. If you are ready to become part of an innovative team, we look forward to meeting you.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing
- Completed further training in vocational pedagogy (at least 40 hours)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High pedagogical competence and enjoyment in working with learners
- Quality awareness, organisational strength, and sense of responsibility
- Open, constructive, and reflective personality
