What you bring:

• Training as a car spare parts salesperson, automotive specialist, mechatronics technician or similar
• Experience in sales is an advantage
• Good PC and Office user skills
• Strong communication skills
• Assertiveness with a good appearance
• Good German language skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers

Your job:

• Customer service and advice
• Independent handling of complaints and returns
• Processing of telephone and written customer orders
• Completion of administrative tasks related to our wide range of products
