Your area of responsibility in our team

at Pill Pharmacy Fröhlichstrasse, Zurich

• Team & Operations: You take overall responsibility for the operational business and lead your team with a lot of heart, empathy and professional competence.
• Customer proximity: You take time for individual, competent advice and are the familiar face for our customers on site.
• Organisation: From daily routines to stock and purchasing to quality management, you keep an overview.
• Network: You maintain close contact with doctors, nursing homes and other partners in the region

What you bring with you

• A completed pharmacy degree with Swiss pharmacist diploma (or equivalent recognition) as well as an independent professional practice licence or the FPH title in community pharmacy.
• Ideally, you already have some professional experience in a Swiss pharmacy and initial experience in leadership or deputy roles.
• You are a real organisational talent, like to get stuck in and bring an appreciative, communicative manner.
• If you can vaccinate and enjoy it, this is a great advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility
