At the Baar Care Centre, people are at the heart of everything. As a centre of expertise for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional competence, respect, and commitment.

The Atrium Baar offers a unique home for young people who have been abruptly taken out of life due to illness or accident. The specialisation of the professional teams enables those affected, who depend on intensive care and support with or without a wheelchair, to stay connected to life. The four pillars of care, support living, activation, and therapies accompany and support the personal life journey. The support we provide to our residents covers all areas of life: care, support living, activation, and therapy.

What to expect

Your varied activities at the Atrium cover the entire daily routine of our residents. You are a trusted and responsible person and alternate within the team during the day shift.
You carry out care processes according to agreement and instruction, taking into account hygiene regulations and our quality standards.
You undertake domestic tasks as well as general duties in the department, including errands and cleaning work.
Co-shaping collaboration with relatives for holistic care.

You bring with you

Completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA.
Empathy as well as a respectful and appreciative approach to residents.
Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally.
Strong team spirit and enjoyment in working within a committed and motivated team.
German language skills at least at level B2.
