We are looking for an HF nursing specialist with a focus on psychiatry 80% in the role of deputy team leader for the area of mental impairment in Herzogenbuchsee.

Your area of work includes the following activities:

• You accompany and support people with mental impairments in their daily lives and promote their independence as well as their participation
• You support the team leader in the professional and organisational management of the team and represent them in their absence
• You work closely with internal and external specialist agencies, legal representatives, and relatives

You bring with you:

• Specific professional training (HF Nursing, FaGe, Social Pedagogy HF, FaBe MmB)
• Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even in unexpected situations
• Good user knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
