Your area of responsibility
- Independent handling of administrative and organisational tasks
- Formal and content control as well as editorial and linguistic revision of official and departmental decrees and government proposals
- Participation in the rotating telephone and mail service
- General office and administrative work
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Very good oral and written expression in German, knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage
- Careful, structured and reliable way of working
- High accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Experience in public administration is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, CMI knowledge is an advantage
- IT affinity as well as interest in digital work processes and new applications
