About the job

The logistics centre of the Migros Luzern cooperative relies on state-of-the-art technologies and innovations. Shape the logistics of tomorrow with us: accompany our modern picking systems, actively participate in process design, and support the implementation of SAP-EWM. Important notes: The team works between Monday and Sunday in three shifts - in the control room & at the system.

What you will achieve

• Specialist support for the chilled picking system
• Input, control and optimisation of article master data for continuous improvement of the basic data
• Identify malfunctions and carry out troubleshooting as well as support for system operators
• Ensure quality requirements and document deviations
• Participation and support in the further development of intralogistics processes
• Coordination of daily business

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Logistics / System operation / IT
• Professional experience: Apprenticeship with several years of professional experience as a system operator, logistician or IT specialist
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office suite, SAP EWM, warehouse management software)
• Understanding of logistical processes and new IT systems
• High communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
• Willingness to work in chilled picking as well as shift work in a three-shift system including weekend shifts
• German (B1)
