For our client in the healthcare sector in Basel, we are looking for an immediate start:

Medical Device Technologist / Sterilisation Assistant (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your tasks:

• Proper processing of surgical instruments, complex medical devices, and sterile goods for the operating theatre
• Operation of cleaning and disinfection devices as well as sterilizers
• Operation of other systems in the field of medical device processing
• Inspection, maintenance, and assembly of instruments and sets
• Documentation and traceability of individual processing steps in the IT system
• Management of the sterile goods storage
• Assembly and loading of case trolleys
• Compliance with applicable quality, hygiene, and safety regulations

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Medical Device Technologist EFZ or further training as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant with Specialist Knowledge 1
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good PC user skills
• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts
• An independent, careful, and precise working style
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Reliability, loyalty, and enjoyment of working in a professional medical environment
